Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier

Really?? THREE colors to indicate the intensity setting? three completely irrelevant colors, orange, bluish and ... I've already forgotten the third, to indicate the level of humidity...?? Seriously? How about 3 LEDs with 1, 2 or 3? Wow. It was like it was headed for the assembly line and some 12 year old kid said, Hey how do we know how to turn it from low to high?? And then a 7 year old said, "Oh, pretty colors!" You literally have to put a label on the machine saying "orange = high, purple = medium blue (or maybe it's purple depending on the light...wait...is that green?? is low). Wow. Just wow.

We have used our Livatro cool steam humidifier for over a year, but is stopped working this year. I contacted Customer Support, and after trying a couple of easy instructions, found the machine was just not cooperating. So, the Livatro Support staff send me a new humidifier to replace this one! How welcomed it was to receive such consideration. I give Livatro and their products a 5 star rating, with a big bow and thank you to their outstanding customer service. The replacement is working just fine, in time for flu and cold season. Thanks so much.

I kept my plants in a nice humid spot and this humidifier is great. I I love the top fill feature I like my humidifier hidden in the background so my plants are the center of attention so not having to pull out and lug the humidifier to the sink every day is time saved. And it’s super quiet.

I've tried many humidifiers over the years, and I always stop using them because they're hard to fill, hard to clean, or just don't work well. I truly love this one! It's so easy to fill, clean, and choose the right setting for whatever the situation is. If this one ever stops working, I'm buying another one.

Works great so far and does not leave the area around it wet. Happy with it!
