Won’t Connect to Wi-Fi
Won’t connect at all. I will say, I figured out myself how to reset and also set in pairing mode but it’s ridiculous that these instructions aren’t provided. It still won’t pair though. To reset, press and hold down the button to the right of the power button until it shuts off. To put in pairing mode, press and hold the light button. Both of these can be a bit tricky. Sometimes you have to do a quick press to get the screen to light up fully, then press again and hold. I think many probably purchased this for the ability to operate with Alexa or Google and from what I’m reading a majority cannot get the device to connect to WiFi. This is a device issue as I have no problems connecting other smart devices.

Not easy to figure out. It doesn't connect to the wifi and doesn't stay on for more than 15 minutes at a time. Looked everywhere for better instructions and can't find help.

I like the way it works, but purposefully bought this for the ability to monitor and control through the app.
It will not connect to WiFi has no reset button as the directions state.
