I have had this unit for a little over one year and now for the past month it makes a “click” sound and the units shuts off. I moved it to another outlet, made sure it was perfectly clean and only use distilled water. However, it is still shutting down spontaneously. I guess I’m past the warranty window so I’m out of any support or replacement.
Be careful purchasing this item. Its a wonderful humidifier when it is working, but if it starts becoming defective right after the warranty expires, it is useless and a waste of money. 😒
I've been using this for about a month now and I really like it. I bought specifically for the stainless steel element. Auto clean button is a nice feature. My only wish would be that there is a larger version. I run on the 'sleep mode' through the night because it is the only mode that will not run out of water even though I would prefer a higher percent of humidity. Livatro - can you make this model in a larger size? :)

I started the search for a humidifier by googling “ best humidifier” or similar search terms. What I came to discover and suspect, was that many of those articles were SEO farms and manipulation from big businesses.
This is on a different level of quality than any humidifier that I have had, and I am extremely grateful. I hope you guys carve out your Mark in the industry, and will be rooting for you every step of the way. Let’s gooo! For small businesses!
Ein Verdampfer wie ich ihn gesucht habe - aber das Display ist mangelhaft.
1 min nach Inbetriebnahme wird das Display gedimmt: Bei Tageslicht erkennt man nicht ob das Gerät in Betrieb ist oder was noch schlimmer ist- ob noch Wasser im Gerät ist. Es gibt eine Taste für die Beleuchtung - aber nur um das Display ganz auszuschalten. Nicht durchdacht
