I recently purchased a 3L Warm Mist Humidifier from livatro. Control buttons do not light up in the dark as demonstrated in their promotional video! You have turn on the lights in the room to find the correct button(s) then turn off the lights to see and select the correct mode(s). HUGE design flaw!!! At first I thought I had a bad unit and returned it. The replacement unit has the same problem, so the promo video appears to be a scam!!!

No anxiety about bacteria or mold
I love that this unit is SO easy to clean. Just rinse it and once a week I run the self clean cycle with a scoop of citric acid. I am very happy that, unlike all the typical ultrasonic type of humidifiers, this is a simple heat-based steam system, so all the gunk in the water will either be killed or left behind. I won't be breathing it. I would definitely buy this again (I have four now, one for each bedroom). I wish they made the exact same thing with a larger capacity.

I’ve had this less than one day. Used it last night for the first time.
The timer does not go to 12 hours- it stops at 08:30, then rolls back to 00:00.
I see the little amber light, so it must have used up all of the water. But even using a screwdriver as a pry, I cannot get the top open to add more water. Yes, it is unlocked…
It’s going back to Amazon asap.
