Stainless Steel Milk Frother

I bought this Frother/Steamer back in November and just a few days after I bought it I started having issues with it. They state it has a lifetime warranty. I have jumped through every single every single hoop they asked for. Sent multiple videos, all my purchase information and address as asked. This is not a cheap purchase for it to stop working properly within a few days. At first they stated they would only give me a 1/2 a refund. I finally got an email asking if I wanted a new frother or a full refund after 10 emails. I told them I would take a new frother. That was on February 27th. I have not heard from them and they are not responding to the 10 emails I have sent them. I would not waist your money.

After opening the box, I removed all the plastic wrappers. There’s two cups. I got my dishwashing sponge, put a tiny drop of dishwasher and foamed it up. I wipe down the cup and the cover and spinner. It was a very quick process to clean and set up. I plugged it in instantly open. I poured the milk to the max line. And then 90 seconds I got all this foam. Haha very happy, quick and simple. For the afterwords cleanup, I poured some clean water to have a spin. and wiped dry. The froth stayed frothy for a long while. Definitely worth it to have a automatic milk frother.

This definitely has taken my morning coffee to the next level. it is super easy to operate. I like the design so much. looks classy and the frother does an amazing job of providing warm frothy milk for my coffee! High recommend!

Easy to use and the milk is perfectly formmy. So happy to have it and I finally can make my own latte.

I live this machine. Works smoothly the hot chocolate mode is my favy. I use oat milk and dark chocolate. Melts it and blends beautifully.
